Ended up having to fix the mounting on the snow blower, too heavy apparently for the design and way they welded it. I still have to finish the restructure, but have it fortified enough to hopefully get through the rest of the season. Kinda looks like I will need it later this afternoon... We got a good glaze of ice to start, then it is snowing quite well now...
Good morning Iowa, happy Hump Day! Beautiful here yesterday, most of the snow is gone. Like you said, Roger, looks like we night get more tomorrow morning.
Waterloo/CF was spared from the snow forecast. Only a couple inches of sleet left this morning. Other areas west and north got a full measure sounds like.
we got mostly rain, just a dusting of snow at the end. Had 1/2" of sleet in 15 minutes at Ankeny before I baled out. I heard it got worse after I left.
