Exclamation starting problem ford2001 f350 v10

Hey i hope some one could help me. I have a 2001 ford f350 v10 dually. about 2 months ago it blew a plug out and i had it fixed and shortly after it developed a starting issue. It starts fine for a day or so then after it sits for a day it wont start without out cycling the key 5 to 10 times....It cranks fine just wont try to start or even sputter....took to a shop that replaced my jem Modual and he had it for a week and only one time did it not start. I drive it home and it sits overnight and wont start the next day. took it back and he couldn't find out what is going on. Its has started and ran just fine no issues once its running but shut it off for a couple hours you got a chance it wont start. I've eventually got it to start everytime so far. The shop said my fuel pressure was 40 psi but would go down after it sat to about 10 to 20. The one time it did not start for the shop they said it had no fuel pressure but then he just cycled the ignition a few time and it started. Any ideas on what to check that would be normal like the fuel pump or relays and fuses. Or if anyone has had the same issures let me know what fixed yours. Thanks anyone who looks and replies.
I should say early this year around jan feb it had the starting issue once and thought it was due to a autostart that was installed before I bought it and so got it going and just removed autostart when started haveing trouble with starting.

Next time it doesnt start try giving some gas and see if that works. If so it is probably your IAC.

Sounds like moisture is getting into your wires somewhere and causing problems until enough juice runs through to dry the affected area out, went through hell once trying to find the problem and only did it on damp days or after it hadn't been started in awhile. I waited for a few nice days and saturated every wire i could find with a rain repellent and never had the problem resurface. It's worth a shot

This engine doesn't have any plug wires to get wet...

You have a bad fuel pump.
Cycling the key, and the engine will start is proof.
Fuel injection has no accelerator pump, so you are wasting you energy pumping the gas.

Dont pump it, hold the gas pedal down a little, if it starts and then will srart to idle its probably the IAC valve. Also check fuel pressure at the fuel rail to see if the pump is bad.
