How do I properly remove the door panels to install new speakers in my 2002 F-250 Super Duty?

2002 F-250 door speaker install?

Found this in a past thread, hope it helps......

For the front speakers in the doors:
1. The black platic cover plate by the side view mirrors pops off. There are about 3-4 plastic prongs that hold it in place and gentle prying will pop it off.
2. The 3x8 panel that houses the electric window and door lock switches pops off in a simiair manner. I think there is a screw for the interior door panel that needs to be removed.
3. Remove the courtesy lamp lens to expose a screw for the interior door panel. Remove the screw.
4. I think there is a screw near the door latch handle that needs to be removed.
5. All said and done, I only remember about 3-4 screws that hold the interior trim panel to the door.
5. After all this is done, the interior trim panel is removed by sliding the panel up about an inch and a half to unseat it from the retaining clips. Do not try to pry it strait off! It needs to be moved up, and then off.
6. Re-assemble in reverse order.

For the rear speakers behind the rear doors:
1. Remove the plastic rear door sill panels by gently prying back and forth. There are about 5-6 plastic prongs that attach it to the body.
2. Remove the upper rear seatbelt attachment bolt located near where the passenger's outside shoulder would be. This is done by popping the triangular shaped plastic cover open to epose the bolt.
3. Remove the plastic interior molding that contains the molded speaker grills. This is done in a simialir fashion to the plastic door sill plate. Start by unseating the plastic clips at the bottom of the panel and work your way about 3/4 of the way up. You should not have to fully remove the panel to gain access to the speaker location. The black rubber weatherstrip is kind of in the way and may need to be peeled back some.
4. Re-assemble in reverse order.

I am only moderately wrench-minded, but the whole process of taking apart, replacing the speakers, and re-assemble only took about two hours. It is really a simple task if taken slowly so as not to break any of the plastic clips on any of the panels.
