O boy, that's a never ending list.

Some stuff person A wants, person B says is pointless.

Vince, c'mon man, that's like asking how long a person will live for. There is no way to determine length of life, just like there is no way to create an inclusive list of mods that can be done to any vehicle, much less an Excursion.

Modifications to a vehicle (or an Excursion) is only limited by a persons imagination.

How about a list that that has relatively standard mods? It can't be that long, not longer than any other popular vehicle. I would kind of like to see a "standard" list myself to get some ideas. It's not going to waste any cyberspace or be laborious/boring reading. I think many people just don't have the imagination and need a few reminders.

Zoodad Mod (applicable to all motors): I can confirm a drop of at minimum 10F in the city, and 15F at highway speeds for intake air temp. Did this on my 6.0 and the V-10. Both saw decent IAT temp drops.
Exhaust Upgrade - loud or mild...personal preference

Radio Upgrade - Sky is the limit. I grabbed a Eonon eBay radio for $200 that emulates a Pioneer. pretty happy with it overall. Bluetooth, Navigation, plays DVDs...not bad!

Suspension Work - V/Mod B codes are most popular setup. Again sky is the limit since you can use any F-250/350 setup from 99-04 that you desire

LED light upgrade

tons more mods, but I think those are the "basic" upgrades most guys do

Ok, a generic list.

Air intake,
Exhaust,
Suspention,
Tires/wheels,
Tuning,
Exterior lighting,
Bumpers/running boards, other exterior "looks" changers.

Ya my bad I was meaning more uncommon mods that u don't think off or the ones u have to make ur self. I am not the best with words lol. I was thinking of things like the wiper blades, the 08 conversions of all sorts,3 row headrest, led light and also changing the interior lights, and even v/b mod since u are building it urself ect. Every one know bumpers lifts tires wheels i feel those are the common ones. But since I have been on this site i have seen all these differant 08 swaps and now 2013 swaps and see 3 row seat head rest and more. Like I said I am bad with words lol

That's what I am talking about. Mods like the zoodad mod. Ones u just can't really buy or at lease don't see it done.

Can you switch to navigation mode while still listening to the radio?
Assumed yes, but dont want to make a $200 mistake

I believe mods come in 3 categories

Mods based on Performance (chips, tuning etc)
Mods based on Mission (work vehicle, moms taxi, SHTF Bug Out)
Mods based on Appearance (flairs, scoops)
