....but not to F150. I have a '87 4x4 with a 408 thats been my work horse, baby, and constant companion on the weekends since new. Get this - 80 K original miles.

Now my company has purchased for me a F250 4x4 with the 6.2 gas.

My only complaint with 1700 miles is the back up lights as I can't see a darn thing at night with five mirrors and camera. Is it my age or the lights?

 

Welcome to FTE and congrats on the new truck. I am curious about the 408 engine in the f150 though. I was thinking the 300, 302 and 351 were the only engines available in the 150. Did you put a stroker in it?

 

Yes sir. Uses a 400M crank and a bored early 351W block. Great torgue...
