F100 300 ci Autolite 1100 flooding
Hi, Looking for some advice to trouble shoot a flooding problem on my 1965 F100 with 300 ci engine. It has an Autolite 1100 carb that I just rebuilt. Carefully followed float level and accelerator pump adjustments, etc.
Engine starts well, after warm up, and accelerating engine, the carb over flows with gas and floods the engine. I re-checked float level adjustment and needle valve, all look good.
Wondering if there is too much fuel pressure? This engine has the original style mechanical fuel pump, which was replaced about two years ago.
Anything else I should be considering?

I was able to solve my problem with another careful cleaning. Apparently had some grit dislodge from fuel pump or line to carb that caused float needle valve to stay open. I also installed a new in line fuel filter between fuel pump and carb.
I found this web link to Mike carbs that has great video on how to clean and adjust Autolite 1100 carbs.

Engine runs great.
