97 Expy stuck in 4WD Low- help plz

Hello, new to the forum. I own a 97 4WD and it is stuck in 4WD low. I did not even move the switch to 4WD. Got up this morning and it is in 4Low. With the switch in any position, and no lights on the dash lit up, it stays in 4WL. Tried everything I could think of including trying to shift from Neutral with the brake on. Any help is appreciated as I cannot afford to send to a mechanic. Even if I could get it back to 2WD only that would be a great help. Thank you to anyone who helps, I greatly appreciate it.

Fuse 17 is good. Fuse 6 for the GEM module is good. Looking for help.

I pulled the GEM module but now apparently no auto parts stores near me have even heard of this part. Just my luck.

It's a specialty part, you have to get one from the dealer, a rebuild shop, eBay, or a junkyard. Whichever route you go, make sure all of the numbers on the label match.

Also, if you get under the truck and remove the shift motor from the back of the transfer case, you can manually move the cam out of 4WDL.
