Dave, I feel for you. Sure, it was 60° there but was the "Breeze chill" factor? Tomorrow it's suppose to be below zero for most of the day with a "Wind chill" factor of -10 or lower.

I'm about 50 miles north of Caledonia, north of Milwaukee by about 15 miles. The weather can change and get socked with a snow storm but if you drive using your brain you can drive just about anywhere. We have good snow removal equipment in this part of the state and as long as you stay on the main roads it's not usually too much of a problem. If you have driven in snow you should know how to handle it. Up by where Needhelp lives it can get a little hairy at times because that's a more rural area, just stay on the interstate as much as possible and you'll do fine.

Sorry about your truck fender it could have been worse.
I know what you mean about hating winter, our high today is 68 deg., women here put on to much cloths when it gets chilly. But this is the time of year to work on our trucks. Summer time here you grab a piece of metal outside it burns your hand

I to am sorry about the dent . Certainly not worth involving an insurance company and winding up with a rate increase . And it is a well established fact that winter sucks . Thats why so many Canadians have winter homes in Arizona and Florida .
