Engine swap

Doing an engine swap. Replacing my blown 87 460, 5 spd, with a solid 400 I have from a 77 that I scrapped. I want to retain the 12 inch clutch and 5 spd. But the 400 has a smaller mounting flange and bolt pattern on the crankshaft, also the flywheel is thinner. I need to keep the thicker flywheel (1 3/16) so that the hydraulic cluch will still work and will fit the 5 speed and bolt up to the 400 crank. There should be a swap out there. I would hate to have to machine one, but could if necessary. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
