I was looking through a catalog and it lists an idler pulley for a 1996 4.9L with Factory A/C.

That's my engine. I don't see an idler pulley under my hood. Am I missing something?

I've got an alternator, air pump, water pump, crankshaft, A/C, P/S, and tensioner. Am I missing an idler pulley somewhere?

Catalog lists Motorcraft YS181 as the idler pulley for my engine...

And here I was thinking this was a trick question!

 

I happened to be looking at this again. Motorcraft.com lists the description for the 4.9L idler pulley (YS-181) as "4.9L; Smooth pulley for 6B209; Attaching bolt is only service with 6B209 asy"

Motorcraft.com lists 6B209 (BT-32) as being the Tensioner assembly. Duh. I can't believe that I never noticed this before.
