Hard roller-shutter style cover - QUIG: AUTOMOTIVE | MARINE
Got one on my truck courtesy of PO, they also fitted a key-lock to the tailgate handle.
Expect to pay about $4k for the electric roller top, and $230 for the key-lock.

Ouch, 4k?
If you want to do the whole purchase from the US thing, you can get them here substantially cheaper. AutoAnything | Auto Accessories & Aftermarket Parts | Truck Accessories & Car Accessories - Floor Mats, Tonneau Covers & Car Covers is a good place to look

The one Quig supplies for $230 is a key lock fitted to the tailgate handle with stops the tailgate handle from being pulled up thereby locking the tailgate.
The tailgate key lock is a worthwhile mod because it is possible to remove a stock F250 tailgate without tools. The PO of my truck told me that he had heard of a few F250 tailgate thefts.

It's common in the states for them to be stolen and put up on craigslist (gumtree). I would have thought there would be less of that in Aus, because there are a lot less trucks, and much easier to find the thief.
My 2012 came with a lock from the factory which is keyed to the truck, I am not sure if that assembly can be retrofitted to the older trucks? I know the newer tailgates fit the older superduties, not sure just about the key/lock assembly.
