You will see an increase over stock, but as for that much i cant say.
I have noticed that with driving my truck stock vs the 210 tow tune vs the 300 tune, I get better mileage with the 300 vs the other two.
I dont know how much better as I havent figured it out precisely yet, but it is better as I can go longer on a tank of fuel (according to the odometer)
In the summer I will do a check and figure it out accurately though.
As for installation, you plug it in. My spartan came with a dash mount, so i had to get some 3m sticky tape and stick it to the dash.
Its that simple.
You do have to delete the dpf though, but im assuming you know that.

It is pretty straight forward. I have done a few. Both full exhaust and just delete pipes. It's always easier to unplug sensors and leave in until on the ground. It's also easier to undo the 3 nuts holding the hanger to the frame rather than fight it out of the rubber grommet portion where the exhaust hangs in it.

I'd like to see that done. That is one skilled mechanic. But it's not real hard. I had to buy a new swivel to get one bolt, other wise pretty straight forward job.

II have done a DPF delete on mu friends truck, just the filter, and it was very simple! As for the tuner, I plan on going with a Spartan for mine, because of the software interface over the factory programming.. I am curious to see what I get in the way of mileage as I am not doing too bad right now, at 14.5-15mpgs!

Does not have to be professionally done, you can do at home. Don't have to worry about taking sensor off, Spartan and others perform without it. I used a ratcheting strap to help break lose dpf filter. You can search YouTube and find videos on removing dpf. If only deleting dpf with delete pipe. Tip, 1- just soak bolts with oil, let penetrate before starting, 2- top bolt on dpf has 2 nuts.

I would also add that you want to take the DPF and the DOC (CAT on gassers) as one unit. That is the cleanest way and most delete pipes are made to replace both. And, there is no gasket to fool with. It also makes for an easy re-install when your state starts testing diesels or when you wish to trade or sell your truck.
As for mileage increase, there are all kinds of results posted on this forum. I got about a 10% increase and I drive like an old man because I am an old man. But you will love the way the truck runs and performs when the strangler is gone. Good luck.
