Currently changing plugs on 4.6L 3v

I am in a holding pattern right now waiting on a Lisle tool 65600. I broke three of the first four plugs I tried to remove per the Ford TSB. Tuesday night removed the coils, broke the plugs 1/8 turn let soak over night.

The first plug I removed was the one that broke loose the easiest it came out in one piece, the next three I never went above 30 ft # they popped and popped I went slow working a little on each of the three letting them soak 15 minutes before trying again. Then I could feel it separating

I watched a number of videos and read a lot of posts so the next four plugs I said F' it and grabbed the 3/8 air ratchet once it got the plugs moving they came right out in one piece, so I was 5 for 8. The three that broke all still have the porcelain so it will need to be pushed to make room for the extractor.

Few questions I have been thinking about waiting for the 65600 tool to arrive...

Is it possible to push the spark plug tip into the cylinder using this tool?

Should I spray some carb cleaner in prior to the procedure?

Do I need to clean out the bottom passage where the tip originally gets seized?

Thanks for input
