1956 F100 Project

Scored this basket case over a year ago and figured it was time to share some of the progress.

Great looking chassis!

What kind of power plant do you have in mind?

Thank you. I'm going with a 351W and non-electronic AOD.

Thank you.

Great chassis! I'm looking to build a 56 as well. Mind sharing the specs on the chassis?

Not quite sure what you mean by specs, here's what i did:
Completely disassembled
Sandblasted using HB in a homemade booth (2x4 and plastic)
Sprayed with POR15
Stock suspension
Disassembled leaves, sandblasted and painted
All new bushings
New shocks
CPP I-Beam disc brake kit

Hope this helps.

Ernie,
How's the truck doing? I'm guessing it's finished by now? I'm in Queen Creek also.
Thanks,
Ken..
