I am going to get either a K&N or aFe Stage 1 air intake. Which will offer better improvements? I will get one or the other, so don't try to convince me otherwise... The K&N is the whole intake while the aFe Stage 1 is just the box and filter. What intake would be best for the V10?

 

What year is your truck? I would reccomend a y pipe upgrade and tuner before an intake. I have a K&N filter and cut the stock filter housing wide open. Dont see any change and will be the same as an intake.

 

It is a 2006 XLT. I am getting a muffler delete and possibly a y pipe upgrade.

 

What tuner would you recommend?
