97 expedition 4.6l

Having trouble with the truck misfiring. Owned it for two years now. Tuned it fully twice even the coils and changed a couple of plugs along the way too. Last week cylinder one was misfiring so I chaged the coil plung n wire again it solved it. Today check engine light cylinder one and six are misfiring. Ugh had plugs so I changed them and nothing still runs ruff. What to do help please

Compression test the cylinder first to rule out burnt valves.
