Dustin how do your TDI start when low teens and colder? Our 04 sucks. Like the glow plugs aren't working. I have to keep cranking it until it starts to run on its own. Any way to check the glow plugs to see if they are working. Even cycling the plugs multiple times doesn't work
flawlessly. Subzero, I'll cycle them a few times. But it starts everytime.

Does the glow plug light come on solid, or flash at you when you turn the key to the on position? Is the CEL on?

Sounds like a 7.3. Don't those things start below freezing? Sheesh. Should have purchased a 6.0...
