In a few hours I should have another PC stood up that runs right and has all the bells and whistles.

Last night I spent two and a quarter Kennedies on a Mallory pump and regulator from JEG's. It might be here this thursday - it might be here next week.
But they charged exactly the price in the catalog! No shipping, handling, or taxes. I guess it was already figured in.

40 psi efi pump, the reg is a 3-port bypass type adjustable from 3 to 20 pounds *Internals built to handle E85 and alky

Niether one of my Chiltons books agree on the spec, except that the internal reg at the T-body is supposed to hold 11 PSI
Book 1 covers 1985 to 1993 and is THICKER. It says the pump runs up to 30 psi
Book 2 covers 1985 to '00, and is suspiciously thinner. It claims the line pressure is about ten psi

How you get eleven PSI in the throttle body from a 10 psi supply is a mystery...
"CHILTON's MAGIC" I guess

Last I heard, Bernoulli's Law doesn't apply to liquids

*Pressure and speed of flow of gasses are inverse to eachother

Dutch, that's odd... as Jegs and Summit usually always rape for shipping... must be due to the holidays????

Dunno - just glad I'm going to get it

I'm also trying to talk myself out of keeping a puppy _ you don't know how hard it is when you don't see them...

They fuss and climb up, wanting to see you...

A puppy is a brand new fuzzy person that can become anything...

I hear their little voices even when i try to ignore them

IT is wrong to pick them up too much...

But they are so fuzzy and small...........

I want to give them the love I know they will give me back!

Fuzzy kiddo babies can break a heart - truly

And they are stinky at this point!
They don't know the right place to go poop

I find myself hunting fittings - I will be over at my buddies house tomorrow rooting through HIS collection because my garage is a mess and seriously cold!

But one thing is sure - when this is done it has no excuse for not running

Hey guys! Month changed again and I got lost again.

Happy birthday to Mac's wife.

Wolfie, if my memory serves me correctly, those late 80's/early 90's efi should hold 30-35psi at the fuel rail with engine running. About 45psi key on engine off. It has been a long time since I needed to remember that.

Happy Tuesday to everyone! Clouds are breaking up some, but it's colder. Thankfully it is NOT 8 degrees.....having lived just south of Buffalo, NY for several years, I have had enough cold & snow for me.

Hope everyone has a great day!

So I have a question.
Has anyone else here had to deal with census bureau lately? They have been aggravating us for a very long time now. Asking very nosey questions like how many computers we have, do we use online banking, how much we spend on groceries a week, driving by my wifes place of business and telling us she knows we closed up. Asking my wife if she is looking for a job, and other stuff that just seems wrong for a census. Seems to me they are gathering intelligence rather than simple census. Maybe I just don't understand, but it just seems like they are asking too much personal information. She been calling here for over a year now.
Any thoughts or knowledge here would be good.
