Don't get me wrong cause I love my bulletproof, but I'm worried that if your front cover is cavitated it may be on it's way to going through to the engine. At least take the time while you're installing the bulletproof to pull the water pump and check.

Its an aluminum cover that houses the low pressure oil pump and water pump.

Now that my friend is a good idea, its going to make for a long day tomorrow, but I think I will do just that.

Funny thing is I've done this often enough in the last few weeks I'm actually getting pretty good at it.

I started to tear down at 8 o'clock and all i have to do yet is pull the intake and the oil cooler before I'll be ready to start installation. Except that I'm going to go ahead and pull and inspect the water pump too. That will add a little time to the process...

My plans is too crank the engine this time tomorrow.

No worries mate, the only stupid question is the one NOT asked. God knows I've asked my share of "stupid questions" O:-)
