A pic of the exhaust and intake ports would help a lot.

Heads are still on the block, been sitting in the back of the barn for 25+ years, I was thinking of using motor for a street project only because I have it and I have a need for a motor. I was told it could be a 406 as the car was raced in the 60s. Thanks Tom

4" bore and 3.3 stroke , 2" intake valve, looks like a 332, has hyd lifters and adjustable rockers, I don't know why you would do that. Tom

indeed interesting.... and aren't those flat top pistons? i bet this could be pretty scatty just think of how quick it would rap up with that short of a throw and if those are indeed good flat tops probably makes plenty decent power wiki says stock 4bbl 332 made 265 hp.... i wonder if PO had done any oiling mods?

Early EDC-E heads. Forget the exact years but 58-59 or so.

For a high-lift or reground cam it might be easiest to use adjustables to get the lash right. At least, "back in the day".

I'll take the front off and look at the cam as soon as I get a chance. Thanks Tom
