Can anyone tell me what make diesel injectors the 2005 F350 6ltr has? Denso or Bosch?

6.0 injectors were manufactured by Alliant Power.

 

Seimens manufactured the injectors. Alliant is a RE-manufacturer of 6.0 injectors.

Thanks, got P0272 code cylinder 4 injector circuit /balance. Diesel shop in South Africa wanted to know to see if they can work on it...seems quite hard to import reman injectors to Africa, most want core charge etc.

Check FICM voltage

Clear the code and if it returns on a cold start, it could be stiction. Polishing the spool valve is an option.

I checked the FICM voltage and they seem fine as per specs published here...how do you clean the spool valves? The vehicle struggles to start when cold and has a constant jerk until about 2200rpm then runs ok. just completed 2600km trek to SA coast, but worried....
clened EGR valve 1500km back was slightly open with carbon. The MPG seems good but def not running well.

 

Get your injector from Ford if possible.
