Hello from Russia for anyone!
I own 1991 Ford F250 7.3 Diesel 4x4 with 5-speed manual ZF S542 and t-case BW1356.

And I have a problem. On the car install front and rear axle from Russian Military Car with big wheels.

Because of this chain in the transfer case often breaks, rattles and sticks.
So I want to replace t-case with something more powerful and reliable.

NP205 can be mounted on my Ford? What improvements are needed?

A 205 will bolt on but I think you will have to modify driveshafts and shifter linkage

 

Yup. Use the np205.
I'm sure the driveshafts were modified to fit those axles anyway, so the modifications needed to put the new transfer in should be easy.
