Nice job. That's a lot work.

I am about 60 miles south of Buffalo.

As a body guy I appreciate your effort. Rust Sucks!

Tell me about it! Half way through I realized that it might not have been worth it, but I couldn't stop as then everything would have been wasted. At least it's done now so I can move onto other things.

Just wanted to comment on it so I have this thread saved for reference. May be a possible plan in the future and I like how detailed the write up is.

Good Job!

Where is that guy who wanted a functional push bar but a stock bumper? This is perfect!

Good job and great truck.

So very nice. You do fabulous work! Thanks for sharing.

I dream everyday about doing that exact thing to my 97 F350.

I am very jealous.

Awesome work, I'm glad you saved that old truck. I just bought a 97 F250HD and will be doing a lot of the same work that you did (it was an Ohio truck). I will be subscribing to this thread so that I can reference your work to help me along. Nice job!

question for the OP

Anything to be careful of when welding in the new floor pan and the rockers?

my '95 looks almost exactly like your truck did with the pan/rocker rust. virtual twins. I have new repop's that I'm going to section in to replace all the damage. hope mine looks even 1/2 as good as yours
