Dually fenders?

I knocked a hole in the rear of my 01 dually fenders. Any way to glue the pieces back together?
I have a fair amount of fiberglass experience but this piece does not look much like FG.

Well, not so much glue but typical fiberglass repair process will work fine.

I cracked one of mine 2 years ago.. I used some 2 part epoxy to put it back together..still holding out great....
