speedometer goes to 100mph, actually 25mph.1900rpm rev limit

I have a 2005 Ford 350 with a v10. Im stumped. Not consistant, but when I takeoff from 0mph it cuts about about 40mph or second gear at 1900 rpm. Speedometer jumps to 100mph and then flunctuates between 90 and 100mph. Power kicks in when it reads 90mph @ 1200rpm to kick it to 100mph @ 1900. Does not do it all the time. Today I drove 40 miles and it was fine. Then next time I drove it, it did it then corrected itself. Seems like a dirty sensor but which one.? Trans, throttle, injectors, rear end. No engine warning light on so wont read diagnostic. Any help is good help.
