Supercharged 6.2L Dyno Run

Went to the Dyno Day at Minuteman Trucks yesterday. Minuteman has a modified 6.2L F150 they threw on the dyno:

Forgot to get pics of the setup, but I believe it had an Eaton supercharger. 483 HP if I remember right.

That's not much HP for what it is. Supercharger must have been tiny.

I'm curious to know what makes you say that? If 483 was the HP at the wheels, then you need to factor in drivetrain loss. Lets say that you'd lose 20% from the crank to the wheels, that would make crank output around 580 HP. I would call 165+ HP increase pretty decent over stock.

Aarrrrrggghhh....I TRIED! My whole plan for attending was to throw my truck on the dyno. But my differential had other plans, and I'm driving a hybrid loaner.

This all depends on how much boost the supercharger was running. My sons previous 2003 Mustang GT had a ProCharger on it and I think his motor was around 4.6-4.7L and he was making 436 RWH on the dyno. If I recall he was making 8 psi boost.

Seriously though I'm just curious to find out what the diff. prob. was that's all. I was just kidding with that 15000 lb. pull comment.

You guys are funny. Seriously, you gave my wife and I quite a laugh.

Here's the hybrid, a 2013 C-max.

But I only drove it to the park-and-ride just of the freeway. I rode to the Dyno Day event in this:

Is that a 458? I'm jealous. But that doesn't explain the issue with the rear diff.
