How to remove gas tank on 48 f2?

I have a 48 f2 I am working on. And I don't know how to remove the gas tank.
Are the bolts on the bottom (I don't see them)? This is not welded in is it, I really hope not.

Thanks

Typically, there are bolts on the top of the tank attached to the cab wall. The fuel line and outlet tube should be minded as well.

there is a holder thing on top of the tank.
Do I need to pull it off (not sure how) to get to those bolts?

The same two bolts that attach your "holder thing," more commonly called a tool tray, will also retain the gas tank. Remove the bolts and disconnect the fuel line from underneath and you're free.

Thanks guys. I am going to look at the truck and this later in the week.
My problem at the moment is I don't even see the bolts.

Sounds like you guys are saying they are below the tool tray and above the tank. Sort of tucked in there.

I need to pressure wash the whole thing anyway.

Okay just to clarify , the 2 bolts inside the tool tray both retain it and clamp the fuel tank down in place . The only other concern is the fuel line .

Sounds like that is my problem. My tool tray is fuel of dirt and junk.

So maybe if I clean it out good (I am going to pressure wash it) I can see these bolts.

Thanks you guys for all the help. Maybe another year I can have this thing going

Be carefull wth the tooltray. If its got stuff in there the bottom mite be rusty and you'll blow a hole in it.with the washer. Not to mention blowin' that stuff all over which will give you more to clean up.
