I could probably get you some pictures of the trailer, however, the milkshake.... long gone! Lol.

Funny story though, there was a guy there just before us to look at this trailer with intentions of... are you ready? Hauling his Jeep in it. No, not hauling it with his Jeep, but putting his Jeep inside it and using the trailer to haul his Jeep and 4 wheelers. He was disappointed to find that it was too narrow. Go figure. The wonders never cease...

Yeah I know where Crawfordsville is. That's about 3 hours away from me I think. Not that many miles, but there are no good roads going that direction.

My block heater warms the oil up to about 80-90° according to the EOT sensor. I would think that would be warm enough based on your results.

It will make a difference if your starter is worn out. Like I said, slower cranking = lower readings. I've done a lot of compression tests, not with these trucks, but that doesn't matter.

So, a known good set of sticks went into the truck (late) last night. Drove it to work this morning and I can definitely tell a difference already. It cackles more at idle than it did before (it sounds like a proper 7.3 now instead of a smoother running IDI), it definitely has more power throughout the RPM band, and I couldn't make it miss or cut out at all. I'm hesitant to say that the problem is solved since it was such an intermittent issue, but it is definitely running well this morning. If it will keep running like this, I'll be a happy man!

Yeah, I intend to do that. We're out of town again this weekend, so I won't get to it right away, but I do intend to see what kind of shape they're in.
