If you have it installed correctly with all the parts then the only thing I can think of is crank walk, engine/trans allinment issue or TC not seated all the way but I think you'd have pump problem if it was that.

Here's a picture of the flexplate, bolts and the small (transmission side) reinforcement plate.


Apparently I don't have the big spacer, it must have gone with the engine.

yeah I have that, and it was all assembled right, just cant figure out why all the sudden it keeps eating flex plates. I have all new mounts to reassemble with
