Looks good! It is funny that your truck is the same paint scheme as

Still at it! Just picked up some 315/75r16 Maxxis Bighorn's and 16x8" plain steel wheels and painted them Antique White. I want to put a couple miles on the truck to see how much the front end will settle before I get new rear leafs, I want it as level as possible. While the truck was out of commission I got a MSD Atomic fuel injection setup, had to order a kit from Tanks, Inc to mount the fuel pump in the tank then I'll be driving again.

Shocked that it doesn't seem to sit much taller than mine.

Looks good!

Will you be covering the EFI install here or a different thread?

Looks good. Are you going to run factory hub caps?

I'm anticipating the EFI being straight forward, if I write about it it would be in a new thread. I always want to take more pics but my iPhone is my camera and my music. I can't work without Hank III on Pandora!

Leaving the wheels as is for now. I wanted plain steel because I have the option of throwing on hubcaps later to change it up. Or paint them black or argent silver in the future...

Great looking truck! Love the color combination as well. If you don't mind me asking, where did you pick up the wheels?

I got them from Summit Racing. They are Wheel Vintiques 16x8" Pricey for what they are, gave up looking for used ones and bit the bullet

Stopped by Deaver in Santa Ana and had some rear springs made up. Factory F350 springs had 7 thick plys plus an overload, and about 1" of travel, give or take. New springs have 11 thin plys. I gave them the weight of the truck and the weight of the rear axle alone and told them I'm not hauling anything in the bed and I wanted 2 1/2" of lift. Also had the pin in the center of the leaf moved rear-ward 1" to fit the tire better in the wheel wells.

Set the truck on a 19" pile of block under one wheel to make sure I wasn't going to tear off a brake line or have any rubbing issues. All was good. Kind of hurt my eyes to see it!

End result I've got 46 1/2" (within 1/8" amazingly) to the center of the "dent" all the way around, except one front corner is 1/2" low. Looks like the *** end is sagging a little but the ground isn't that flat either. Been out of commission for too long, installed MSD Atomic fuel injection, 3g alt upgrade, Mark VIII fan, every aspect of the power steering replaced all in the down time. Great feeling to be back on the road! YEE YEE!

Looks GREAT!

How's the performance of the suspension?

What did the springs cost you?
