1995 Ford Bronco XL
So i have a 1995 Ford Bronco XL
Everything is stock except it has warn hubs when i bought it early this year and 33" wild country tires MT
So here is my dilemma here is a list of things i need to do to it in my idea to give my 5.0l 302 better performance and better mpg
clutch kit
Shift fork
spark plugs
spark plug wire
cap and rotor
electric cooling fan
headers
K&N cold air intake
magnaflow cat back exhaust system
Do I have these in the right order?
please note my clutch needs to be replaced as it spins when towing
also i get 14mpg right now with a 5" suspension lift.
after doing these what do you project my mpg will be?

welcome to FTE.
after spending all that money, you should still get around 14 mpg.
all you are buying with a K&N air filter is a name. in my opinion it is a waste of money. the stock filter will supply more than enough air for the engine, and filter it better too.
headers and exhaust will help with bottom end power. and may actually reduce MPG.
tune up will help a bit, and electric fans may or may not gain you a little, maybe 1/2 mpg or so.

Id do the Tune up, and Check what rear gear ratio you have. If its a 3.08 like I suspect you maybe working it a bit harder than necessary. if you plan on going 35's or anything then I would look into re gearing it.
Headers and Exhuast may or may not effect your fuel mileage and the electric Fans would be enough to effect you I dont think. Unless there was another purpose besides fuel savings Id save my money on the Fans.
I'm Not a fan of the K&N filters either, but I do believe Id build my own intake of some sort.
