Haven't done much to the front except upgrade the headlight/fog light bulbs and install a kit so my fogs stay on with the brights. As for the back:
The white lights in the headache rack are tied into my reverse lights (which are now led) and the bumper lights are on an upfitter switch. As for the Tuff Led lights (amazon), I have been pretty happy with them. I have 4 mounted on my tractor and have not had any issues.

Not sure if this counts since it's technically just a modification of existing lights. I took the headlights apart and added some led tubes to accent the light then I painted the inside of the light to match my Ex's color and added a Texas shape on the side running light to coincide with the South Texas Edition billet badges I had made for my front end conversion. I put a led for the blinker, a Hid for the headlight and then switched the fogs to led.

You might wanna copyright/patent/trademark or something that Texas logo cameo idea in the headlight housing... and quick. Otherwise, you might see it copied in some kind of way (DOT legal) way in production sooner rather than later.
That's a great marketing touch for folks who put a high value in where they hail from, and there's a lot of those kind of folks in Texas. And more Ford trucks are sold per capita in Texas than anywhere else on earth. In fact, not only is Texas the leading state in sales volume of Ford trucks, but Texas exceeds the volume of the next largest Ford truck key state (California) by THREE TIMES.
Your headlight logo is really a cool little idea that would seem to me to hit on the buy buttons of those with Texas pride. Certainly a much more interesting conversation piece than the GMC logos that GM incorporates into their Denali truck headlights.

I googled it! Basically I did them 1 at a time in the oven lens up at 200 degrees for like 10 min. Then took it out put it lens down a towel on my counter top. Wearing clean brand new leather gloves and using a large flat head screw driver started prying at one corner & just keep working at it and putting it back in the oven for 7- 10 if it cooled. The back of the housing might become a little misshapen but if it does put it back in oven agian for 7-10 to warm it and bend it back into shape. During the process I really was worried that I was damaging the light but I was careful not to scratch the inside of the clear lens and it worked out fine. But to be honest I had mentally prepared myself for buying a new light if I screwed it up!

My name is Jeff & I'm a Lightaholic
after the recent trade of my 14 for a new 15 F350 Screw, I simply had to redo the lighting that I had on my 14 (I did get everything off the 14, but wanted to upgrade to bigger, brighter, more lighting). I've still got some stuff to do on the front, but for now, here's the back:
full width LED taillight strip with running, turn & backup ($20 on ebay, I'm not happy about having to go around the tailgate bracket & may just scrap this light strip, not sure at this time)
pair of 20W LED auxiliary lights (direct from china, 70.00 shipped)
replacement LED backup lights (9 5050 smd's; about a buck each on ebay)
I'll post another reply when I get my led courtesy lights, side marker lights & front light bar installed
