Meant to say PCM.yes wts light comes on in cc....even used jumper lead...still no start.

Key on this am. Hot side post is 11.35.....other side 11.05

Well that's 0.3V drop, right on the edge of being considered "failed". What brand/number of relay is it?

No tach - probably the CPS.
