I would suspect your EBPV acuator I bet the seal is gone and would explain the oil on top of your motor it could even be an o ring between your turbo and block or turbo and ped I would get that fixed first then worry about the oil in your Intake.It is normal to see oil in there with a higher milage motor with mods ,have you owened your truck from new? do you know its history? if not how much blowby do you have? I see you have a DIY Intake how does the filter look? any leaks?
