Truck died and can't start

So I was driving the family home from town the other night on the free way and my 6.0 began to loose power steadily till she just died at the side of the road. I tried to restart her and she cranks well but will not fire. Had to get her towed home. I have tried several times to restart while diagnosing and she always cranks real well. She even tried to fire a few times then started and ran real ruff for a few moments till I tried to give her some fuel and she just fell on her face and died again. It has never fired since.

Here is what I have done:
1 Removed air filter and air inlets to look for obstruction. (none)

2 Checked fuel pressure at the filter test port. (Good and solid at 55 psi)

3 Looked for good low pressure oil indication during cranking. (The indicator on the dash climbs to a good indication during cranking)

4 Used my laptop to read the ICP pressure during cranking. (The ICP has been low. I read about 500 to 700 a couple times and am now steadily seeing about 300 to 400 psi when cranking)

5 Disconnected the ICP sensor connection and tried again. (The PCM shows the sensor missing and seems to be replacing with a fake ICP reading of about 1600psi. Still no start so the ICP must realy be low.)

6 PCM injector buz test is good and the PCM KOEO test is good.

7 Codes from PCM: ICP low and ICP low when cranking.

ICP sensor and ICR are likely original with just over 250000 on them. Does any one have any good ideas for testing the ICR, or testing for leaks in the high pres oil system? Does it sound like I have missed any thing?

These things need 500 psi to start, if you unplugged icp and got 1600 psi default it should have fired. Check FICM with a DMV. Search the tec folder for instructions

That means His ICP sensor is OK basically and Not giving a FALSE BAD ICP Value (MAKES IT SO THE FICM WILL COMMAND INJECTOR TO FIRE ELETRONICALY)

He Still don't have enough ICP to start Still must have the 500+ ICP to actuate the inject Plunger

He needs to post IPR% at Crank to Double check (I assume he will come back with 84-85%IPR)

Disconnected ICP, PCM goes to default and uses inferred desired parameters.

Gents,

She is an early 03/04 model. Yes I believe the IPR was getting about 85% duty cycle at the time of cranking. With the ICP disconnected the computer would read the same for ICP and desired ICP which told me the PCM could see the sensor missing and was substituting the value.

I will try to remove the sensor and hook up the air compressor today to see if I can find any big leaks.

Any idea where these things usually develop a leak?

Thanks for the input guys.

She has the ICP and ICR in the rear behind turbo. They are a pain to get to. The ICP is wet with oil and the weather seal is missing from the connector.

I wonder if the IPR is just shot and not letting the pressure get up high enough?

I will be trying to get the ICP out and put air compressor on it today and see if I can hear any leaks.

The weather outside is getting nasty and I may not be successful.
