Wow. This one was put on our property in 1965, By Janet's dad, back by the stream. I knew it was a planer, but that was it.
We scrapped it 2 summers ago. Sadly, it was too far gone for way too long
Does yours have those front brace-bars? I don't remember seeing them.
Of course, you could always fab some for added rigidity.

It's amazing what some people see as junk headed for the scrapper, other see the the potential of it and take the time to pull it apart and make it useable once again. I very nice job Don. I hope you plan on putting something on the Vintage Machinery site. I noted they do not have pictures of a Cincinnati Universal Mill No. 1 1/2.
