need diagram or images of 86 7.5 with Fed emissons

I got my dad's motor home when he passed. It has had the emissions taken off and I live in Ca, so I have to put them back. It had the Federal emissions set up with one pump and I have not been able to find a diagram or engine around here that has the single pump setup. The engine is an '86 7.5 Ford. It had a single pump and no rails on the exhaust manifold. Instead the lines are ported into the heads at the back. It had no converter. If someone has a diagram or images of the setup it would sure save me a good bit of green. Thanks in advance

Sorry, I'm no help. Mine is an '87, federal emissions, no cat, dual air pumps, ported heads and air injection into the exhaust manifolds. Didn't know they came stock any other way, but I'm no expert.

Is there a vacuum hose routing diagram sticker under the hood of your unit? If so, can you post a picture of it?

Welcome to the forum!

Some more information about the particular model may be helpful.
Is this an F53 chassis?

Look on the drivers side valve cover for an emissions calibration code.
This will allow one of us to identify the correct emissions setup.

It may be that the manifolds and second A.I.R. pump have been removed.
Lots of RV owners go with Banks or other exhaust systems to alleviate warped manifolds and excessive heat.

Here's some general info if this link will work.

| Repair Guides | Exhaust Emission Controls | Thermactor System | AutoZone.com

Here's a link to a thread with a picture. Since it has two "BPV" does that mean it has 2 air pumps?

Another link.

Dave,
That second link is definitely two AIR pumps.
You can't see the left side of the sticker where the calibration code is, but the vacuum diagram is the same as my '87.

I believe 1985 460 pickup trucks had a single pump.
Much like post #10 of your third link.

I think I could handle that diagram and those emissions components. That's a pretty simple setup above.

I'm pretty sure once the truck is 26 years old anything goes. You shouldn't need anything anymore.

If you follow the link it shows it as 1984.
