Wow! Looks like you missed you calling. You could be a professional photographer. Excellent shots, especially that last one.

Thanks. It used to be my calling, or sort of. I was perusing a career in the film industry as an editor or director, and film and photography have a lot of the same foundation, so I learned stuff I can apply to both. It looked like I had a pretty good shot at the time, but I found EMS and realized thats where I wanted to spend my life.

So now I just do photography/film as a hobby. Which is why I started making my how to videos too.

Bottom line, as long as your happy, then go for it. Still, if the EMT thing stops being fun, you know you can have a career as a photographer.

I too have a Nikon. I have the D5100. It replaced my point and shoot digital which replaced my Minolta x700 which with all the stuff was worth a couple grand. Now I would be lucky to get a tank of fuel for it.

Here are my first photos, not doctored up in anyway yet. I will tackle that tomorrow maybe. Everyone else post of their So Cal photography too!

Hello and good morning.

What brand and what is the wattage on your foglights?

Where did you purchase them and do you have a part number?

They most certainly do the job and are very bright.

A nice looking truck!

Thank you!

Made a day run up to the mountains on Saturday. See that layer of thick 'air' in the distance? That's what we breathe every day.

I thought this dead tree was interesting. As the canopy decayed, it has become snagged on top of the trunk. At first glance I thought it was an eagle nest, but the branches are too large for any bird or animal to have lifted up there.

Nice bill! I forgot about this thread. May have to post since of my own

PS the air up here is not wonderful either. In fact, it can paralyze people! Literally!

I dont trust air I can't see.

PPS bonus points to the person who names the actor and movie credited with the line above.
