If I see any turbo kits, I will keep you in mind. Once you go turbo, you never go back!

Ha I wish keep me posted I would love one don't know any thing about turbos on an idi but I think if I had one it would make keep from trading er in lol

How's the sound in cab with that? Went to the junkyard yesterday and got the stock filter housing back off an idi. .... The same thing I cut up... that's all from a Durango setup?

The hat and flex elbow are stock Durango 5.9 Magnum parts, the aluminum tube and filter are aftermarket bits. I lucked into those at the junkyard, I was going to use a Ram pickup filter housing which sits on top of the inlet and uses a rectangular filter.
You could start with the Durango hat and flex elbow, then a PVC pipe and K&N filter wherever is most convenient. Mine is sitting where the a/c compressor used to live, my truck doesn't have a/c so that went away.
In cab noise isn't bad, I have very little sound deadening yet can actually hear myself think now. You truck would probably be near gasser noise levels.
