Ok guys what it the wheelbase difference in a extended cab short bed and a standard cab long bed? I’m thinking about swapping my body.

 

Ex cab short bed is 138", reg cab long bed is 133". There's no way to make that swap work, the frame is 22" longer between the trans. x-member and the kickup in front of the rear cab mounts on an extended cab than it is on a regular cab.
Now, one could chop that 22" out and have a reg cab short bed....

Yes, there is only 5" difference in the wheelbase, but, the ex. cab is 22" longer than a regular cab, and a short bed is 16" shorter than a long bed. Park a reg cab and an ex. cab side by side, and you'll see what I'm talking about.
