Tool for oil rail oring leak repair thanks to creator.

I recently developed a hot no start and have pretty much pinpointed my leak to the same issue posted by creator. I have been in contact with him and discussing alternatives to the high cost tool that is required to do the repair and I have made a tool that is of high quality that I would like to share. This is the process and end result for what we came up with for a design to stand out from the original. Im posting pics of the fixture I made and then the various stages of the machining process of the tool. Even done some engraving and a logo for H H Diesel (for me and my dad). Enjoy.

Cool,

It's too bad Comcast sucks so bad tonight I can't see you images.
I'll wait for it.

I feel like I have dial up.

Sorry about the rant.

Man, I love shined "new" metal! Lol. I haven't had to work on an oil rail (I did read the write up though) so I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking at and how it's used but it looks like you did a great job of making it. As our trucks get older I imagine this tool will be in high demand.

The tool is to remove the injector nipples out of the oil rails to replace the O-rings that fail and blow out the injector top O-rings. They are fairly expensive if you have to purchase one--about $60 last time I checked. I'd be up for one if Mark makes a run of them.

I will see if I can find that Pic

they made one and it turns out to be about 100.00 bolt LOL

But you could include one with the Nipple cups tool for the air test
