5th Wheel plug again

5th Wheel plug again
Can anyone provide me a picture of the factory wire harness (BC3Z-13A576-A) installed? I would like to see where it is installed in the bed and what it looks like with the standoff/spacer. I thought it would be surface mounted but it appears to require a rather large (bigger than 2") hole in the bed side wall.
Thanks

Thanks, that helps some. Have you ever removed the two mounting bolts (top & Bottom)? It appears that Ford cut a large square hole and somehow added some nuts for the bolts on the spacer. I like the looks of the outer spacer but figuring out how it attaches has me stumped.
I will post pictures of the spacer later tonight.
Any ideas?

Thanks Ontariofarmer,
Thats a great spot for a 5'er. I have not decided yet on the 5'er or a slide-in camper. Need to make sure either will work with what ever location I choose.
I see you did not need to use the spacer. That makes install a hole lot easier. I am trying to figure out what the cutout looks like for spacer. It seems complex.
Here are some images of the spacer. There are three "tabs" that appear to help position the spacer. One has a groove that should catch the sheet metal. That tab is a couple inches long. There is a tab on the plug insert as well that could grab the sheet metal. The third tab looks to be just for positioning on the side opposite the long tab with the groove. This third tab is about 3/4" long.
So, it looks like a square hole is cut. Two rather large bolts/screws are used to attach the spacer to the truck bed. The plug insert then connects to the spacer with 4 screws.
I would love to see the shape of the hole for the spacer.
Here is a view showing the groove in the first tab:

Here you can just see the tab from the plug insert on the right:

I used a Bargman adapter on my previous truck. It "T'd" into the trailer wring at the rear of the truck. No splicing or headaches, had about 6' of cord after the connector. Holesaw was under 2". The inbed connector was made so the wiring came out at a 90 for clearance. I haven't dug into the factory Ford setup on the new truck, but that setup on my old truck never gave any trouble. If you want a smaller cutout in the bed, consider that option. Only cost around $50 if I recall.
