well i hear alot of folks saying how lil horses there 4.2 has i have a 97 2wd with 5 spd manual and 3.55 gears not 2 mention i put a set of 265/75/16 swampers on it no lift they clear fine and i can smokem easy in 1st and 2nd. i'm bout to get a new tranny since it started acting up and got a lil motor knock lucky im under warrenty. i've had the truck since 2000 it has a 22 gal tank best i have ever got was 310 worse was 250 yea this damn thing is a gas hog for a 6 cyl 2wd i had 245's on it till a few months ago
