How much is it driven, and does it still do it after driving for 15 minutes? Could be condensation in the muffler.
One way to tell if it's valve seals is, at least intake ones, lock the tranny in 2nd gear, wind it up to 4000+ rpms, let off and let the RPMs come way back down to like 1000RPM and then mash the pedal. If it puffs a big cloud of blue, that's the valve seals. The high vacuum during the 4000-1000RPM change will such oil past the valve seals.
