Initially, we noticed that then horn was not working, then realized this extended to the cruise control and finally, noticed an Airbag code 12.

I replaced the clockspring and this took care of the steering wheel issues (Horn, Cruise,) but I am still getting the 12 code.

This is apparently a low voltage problem but I have verified the fuses as well as the voltage at the ECU.

Where do I look next and IS THE AIRBAG INA FUNCTIONING OR NON-FUNCTIONING STATE WITH A 12 CODE.
