New Tool box for Mistress

OK my wife named my truck Mistress because I spent so much time & money on it . So I guess it here to stay now. My new tool box I have been working on for a while. The Ford logo was inspired by Bill. I am not finished but I thought I would share what I have done.

Blue candy over sliver for Ford logo

Ford logo added sliver over blue candy

Ford logo after template it removed and box is painted black

Close up of Ford logo.

Flame Taped off on the top of box.

Mistress added to the top of the box with the black flame and carbon fiber around it.

Some close ups of the carbon fiber & flames.

Close up of the lettering I ghosted the little flame into the letters under the red candy paint like I did on my hood. I have some more I am going to do around the Ford logo and then clear it all. Maybe by next weekend.

The liner that you can buy to go in drawers of tool box that has the checker look. I use it as a template and use a airbrush to spray black metallic paint over black base coat.

Thanks bud I have been working on this for several week I hope to be getting close to the end. I got new Rancho shocks today and I need to go throw the back brakes at the same time I install them.

I think when it's time for shocks on my truck, I'm gonna go with Ranchos this time.
