It takes me days to do the brakes last time...but i blasted and painted the caliper supports, spindle, etc to assure proper pad and caliper sliding and returning...any midas monkey can slap pads...it takes a bit longer for a good long lasting well working job.

if I remember I had a hell of a time getting the rear drums off. I think the adjuster was froze up and the drum had a lip worn on the edge so I couldn't get it off. Makes me want to do a disc brake mod on the back. Then one hour is do-able for me maybe.

How does doing a job profficently mean I have a small dick? Seems like you are the one with a problem.

I mis read the OP. I though you said PADS at all 4 corners, I figured your were taking SD. After reading again, you said same truck as yours. SO add 10 min per rear corner for working with the springs and hardware

Some good air tools help speed it up to. Like NASCAR speed.

I've never seen you tell others to stop wrenching because they cannot do it "well" enough.

You're right. I'm going to sell all of my tools and just give up.

You know, not everybody on here is a pro at this stuff.

Apparently I have a huge dick. I tried to take my rear drums off and gave up and put it back together haha. Someday ill do them! But when you own 4 trucks..Everything takes longer! But in all seriousness, take your time, pay attention, drink a few beers and at the end of it all. Settle for what you feel is fair. Don't tell him 100 upfront. Could run into issues. Figure it out after

some people are good at things while not at other things. some people are great at things that no one wants to be around nor part of.

Thanks right Aaron, that's why it takes me two hours to get out the door. I have to give myself several pep talks, LOL I wonder what size that makes me,
