Yep, the driver's side back brake rotor is stuck on the hub even after the caliper and brackets are removed. The inside brake pad broke loose and stuck between the caliper and the rotor. Making a God awful noise and must have created enough heat to "weld" the rotor to the hub.
I soaked it down with oil two nights in a row and tonight I will employ the torch (with an extinguisher handy of course) and hammer method to try and remove it.

Success! No caliper issues, just a little air in the lines. Brakes are better than they have ever been. Now I need to save for new springs, oil cooler, and head studs...I'm having a blast working on this truck!
