does anyone know about wiring harnesses?

so my main goal is to add power windows to the rear and remote keyless entry. I know that remote keyless entry is hardwired into the main harness, but I didn't know if power rear windows in the crew cab was simply plug and play with the right harness in the doors.

the reason why I ask is because on the Ford parts website it lists the main wiring assembly as either gas or diesel with or without remote keyless entry. it lists nothing about regular, extended, or crew cabs. However, the door wiring in the listings is specific for crew cabs with rear Power Group and powered windows locks mirrors.

so does anybody know if I simply get my hands on the main harness with remote keyless hardwired, I'll be able to add on any other feature in the doors that I want?

Here is what I have so far:

1994 Gas Crew Cab. Power front windows, power locks, power mirrors. Non-keyless entry.

I recently got the proper wiring for the rear doors, got the regulators power window motors, and have the harness that goes along the floorboard to the speakers, third brake light, and front and back dome lights.

so besides keyless entry, I'm hoping that Ford made these somewhat plug and play with the wiring.

if anybody can help me out, I'd appreciate it. I have a line on a brand-new, unused wiring harness for a 95 f350 with remote keyless entry. but I won't bother picking it up unless I know it will work.

The crew cab power door(for all 4 doors) is a separate harness from the truck harness. So you would need one from a 95+. and IIRC the Remote Keyless Entry is a variation of the power door harness(a different harness for RKE and NON-RKE)

Thanks Brad. So I confirmed that RKE is hardwired into the main truck harness. So I'll need to buy that one. And I can source the crew cab master wiring from the JY Thanks again Brad!
