I am searching for the adapter that is used on MAF sensor equipped trucks and vans, it adapts the 2 smaller hoses that attach to the throttle body to 1 large hose that connects to the MAF sensor, it looks like a small plastic pair of short pants with all the hoses disconnected, any ideas where i can get it and the large hose..

 

Junk yard or E-bay will be pretty much your only options. Some 94s or all 95 F-150s 5.0s. 96s will be OBDII, but the plumbing will be the same.

I doubt the are any on the shelves of a dealer, but Number Dummy might find something for you.

Looks like it would be easy to make one with parts from a hardware store. Black plastic plumbing components if the diameters are close

IIRC there are some who have used 3" pvc 2 into 1 to do this also. I think that the info is in ghetto fab K&N threads.
